The Thoroughbreds in Equestrian Sport programme (TiES) is proudly brought to you by New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing, and was established in 2014 to demonstrate the versatility of the breed and increase the uptake of retired racers into equestrian sports. Thoroughbreds gain points in eligible classes across the season in the disciplines of eventing, dressage/para-dressage, show jumping, show hunter, and endurance and competitive trail riding (CTR). The programme is funded by the 1% levy on stakes.
On this page you will find all the information about the various TiES Competitions and Awards:
Find out below if you and your horse/pony are eligible to compete in the TiES National Competition and what competitions and classes allow you to gain TiES points.
