Programmes
Interschools Championships
The New Zealand Secondary Schools Equestrian Championships enable younger riders and their team mates to enjoy taking part in different equestrian disciplines. This hugely popular event is held in association with New Zealand Pony Club and the New Zealand Secondary School Sports Council (NZSSSC).
Strengthen & Adapt
Strengthen & Adapt is a Sport NZ programme working through the eyes of passionate equestrians who are contributing to the plan for a stronger future. One of the key focus areas is the creation of Demo & Dabble, a grassroots multidisciplinary event which was launched in Hamilton, November 2024. A second Demo & Dabble is to be held in Christchurch, March 2025. See more below.
