To be eligible to compete in the NZTR TiES Accumulator Series, NZTR TiES Futurity Jumping Series and/or NZTR TiES Best Performed your Thoroughbred must be registered with New Zealand Thoroughbred Studbook and also with Equestrian Sports New Zealand. Your horse/pony will need to be a Fully Registered ESNZ Horse/Pony, including having a Discipline Annual Start for the appropriate discipline. The horse/pony must also be ridden by an ESNZ member (Child, Full competing or Introductory) to gain points/kms.
TiES Accumulator Series or TiES Accumulator Best Performed:
If you previously registered with TiES prior to 2025/2026 you do not need to do this again. Only new horses/ponies need to complete the following registration process.

NZTR TiES Futurity Jumping Series:
To register for this new Series, your eligible Thoroughbred must be in its first or second consecutive season of ESNZ competition (ESNZ registered since 1 April 2024).
To compete in the series you must enter via Evo Events. ESNZ will then verify your eligibility.

• Name of Sire and Dam
• Year of Birth
• Colour and Sex
*TiES registered horses’/ponys’ owners may sometimes be contacted by NZTR for horse traceability purposes.
TiES Registration confirmation can take up to three weeks depending on the information supplied.
You can start competing in eligible events once you have applied for registration but please be aware that if your horse/pony is not a Registered Thoroughbred with the New Zealand Thoroughbred Studbook then any points you gain will be invalid.
