TiES Jumping Futurity Series

TiES Jumping Futurity Series 2025-2026

Proudly brought to you by NZTR and ESNZ Jumping

  • The TiES Jumping Futurity Series is for registered, eligible TBs, in their first or second consecutive season in ESNZ competition.
  • They must be registered with ESNZ for the first time from 1 April 2024 onwards.
  • The Series has seven qualifying rounds in each North and South Island (see details below).
  • The Series has a FINAL in each North and South Island – at Jumping’s Series Final (for 2026) and the Jumping Nationals.
  • The qualifying rounds will be jumped over courses of up to 90cm.  The top 5 previously unqualified combinations from each class qualify for the TiES Futurity final in the either (or both) Island, provided you have 12 faults or less in the first round of your qualifying round.  i.e. You only need to qualify at one competition, in either Island, to qualify for finals in both Islands. You may compete in both finals if qualified.
  • The Final rounds will be jumped over courses of up to 1 metre.
  • To be eligible your thoroughbred must be registered with the New Zealand Thoroughbred Studbook, registered with ESNZ and have a Jumping discipline start. It must be in its first or second season of registered ESNZ competition.
  • The are bonus awards for the best performed thoroughbreds that have been bought directly from one of NZTR’s acknowledged re-trainers.

To compete in the series you must enter via Evo Events*.  ESNZ will then verify your eligibility.
