POSITION TITLE: ESNZ Endurance High Performance Manager
ESNZ High Performance in conjunction with ESNZ Endurance are seeking applications for a role of Endurance High Performance Manager. While this is not a new role, the role has been updated to reflect the new approach to Endurance High Performance
ROLE SUMMARY
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong, resilient and challenging ‘Team Manager’ with an excellent manner, good communication skills and a strong background in Equestrian, to lead and support the ESNZ Endurance High Performance programme. To work with the ESNZ High Performance Team to implement an end-to-end pathway which identifies, develops and supports Endurance athletes from Development through to World Championship success.
This is a role which represents an exciting and rare opportunity for someone to directly influence and facilitate the success of ESNZ Endurance representation at future Championships.
