Draft Constitution opens for Consultation
After a long period of consultation ESNZ is now in a position to present a draft document back to our membership. A working group consisting of discipline representation has been central to getting this draft to where it is now. The draft constitution has considered the new requirements under the Incorporated Societies act 2022.
ESNZ is now entering a period of further consultation and would like to receive feedback on the proposed document to ensure it meets the needs of the organisation and the membership. We will do this by providing the opportunity for feedback via written responses only, as well as holding two online sessions where any questions or feedback can be provided.

The online sessions will take place on the following dates and times:
- Hui 1 – Thursday the 13th of July from 7:00pm till 8:00pm
- Hui 2 – Monday the 24th of July from 7:00PM till 8:00pm.

The final document will be presented at our Annual General Assembly in September for Adoption.
Following the Annual General Assembly, ESNZ will provide the necessary information and templates for Area Groups and clubs to become incorporated.
