Round two of the Kiwi Area Rakes Dressage Premier League Events were held in Masterton and Nelson this weekend. Dressage Wellington runs at the popular Masterton venue where the all-weather  surfaces are soon to get a Treadlite upgrade thanks to a Dressage NZ facilities grant. The Nelson premier league event was held at Rough Island

Ohariu Valley’s Chelsea Callaghan dominated the Grand Prix in Wellington with an outstanding win and 71.125% in the Grand Prix Freestyle – her Friesian cross mare Sisters II Etta J has the most marvellous work ethic  and both their Grand Prix performances this weekend resulted in increased scores from their Grand Prix debut at Taupo (front page image credit Belinda Pratt Photography)

In Nelson Diane Wallace and Profile also showed the benefit of having their second Premier League start for the season and takes the lead in both the SI Zilco Grand Prix Musical Freestyle Leaderboards and the Superior Rubber Surfaces Grand Prix Super 5 League
