Interested in becoming an ESNZ registered Coach?  The ESNZ Coach Program is designed to facilitate a “blended learning approach”, whereby activities and practical tasks can be completed in a face-to-face learning environment or in a distance learning environment in a self-paced manner.

The ESNZ Coach Program is designed to facilitate a “blended learning approach”, whereby activities and practical tasks can be completed in a face-to-face learning environment or in a distance learning environment in a self-paced manner.

Why is ESNZ Coach Registration Important?

The ESNZ Coaching Programme verifies that a coach:

  • Has been evaluated at a high level and meets ESNZ standards for professionalism and competence as an equestrian coach.
  • Maintains their certification, and is therefore dedicated to learning and advancement through regular professional development.
  • Has obtained relevant insurance to protect themselves and their students.
  • Has completed a police background check within the past five (5) years.
  • Has current First Aid training.

  • Riding
  • Coaching
