Eventing AGM 2025

INFORMATION

The 2025 ESNZ Eventing Annual General Meeting will be held 28th June 2025 at the James Cook Hotel, Wellington.

The AGM papers will be available 10 days prior to the AGM as per the Eventing bylaws.

Please RSVP your attendance for the AGM before 11th June 2025 for catering purposes by completing the Google Form here – now closed. Please email [email protected] to query capacity.

NB: the 2024 AGM saw many people who had registered to attend, not attend and therefore Eventing was still charged $84pp. If you register and do not advise non-attendance prior to the 11th June, you will charged.

Accomodation:

8.30-9.00am: Registration

9.00-10.00: Combined ESNZ session: Incorporated Societies Act NB: this session may be recorded to be shared later

10.00-10.30am: Combined morning tea

10.30am-12.30pm: AGM

12.15-1.15pm: Combined Lunch

1.15-3.15pm: EVENTING CONFERENCE:

• “Honouring the Legacy” Quiz – round one
• “Future Focus”
  • Table MIM presentation
  • FEI Seminar 2025
  • Horse Welfare
  • Future focus: group activity
• “Honouring the Legacy” Quiz – round two 

3.00-3.30pm: Afternoon tea

3.30-4.30pm Awards: Area Group Volunteers, Special Awards

4.30pm Finish

NRM Eventing Series, ESNZ 75th anniversary & Hall of Fame awards: tickets have now sold out

The NRM Eventing Series winners and placegetters will be held in conjunction with the 75th anniversary of ESNZ & Hall of Fame awards evening. This will be held on Friday 27th June 2025 at Parliament Building, Molesworth Street, Wellington. For more information, please refer to the link here
