Excitement is building ahead of the 2026 Jumping Trans Tasman Tour, with the South Island based combinations preparing to depart Christchurch, flying with IRT, for Sydney on 11 August. They will join Jake Lambert who left NZ in late July, along with the Australian based squad members.
The Senior and Young Rider Trans-Tasman Test Series will be held across two events in August and September 2026.

- 2025 4CYTE Jumping@Willinga CSI1*-W – Bawley Point, NSW | 10th – 13th September
Changes have been made to both the senior and young rider squads following some withdraws. Squad combinations will compete at the Waratah warm up show, 15-16 August, and the starting teams for the first test at Waratah will be named by 18 August.
High Performance Jumping Manager – NZ, Jaime Campbell-Ward will join the squads in Sydney in the role of Chef d’Equipe for the two test series.

Fundraising Auction to support TT Jumping Team
The squad members have pulled together an auction to raise funds to support those travelling horses over the Tasman. The auction will open live on Equus Auctions at 7.00pm 11 August and close 7pm 18 August. All funds raised will go directly towards supporting the horse flights.
