It’s been a hard fought season, with weather battles, venue closures amid world crisis, but we have battled through and have reached the finale of the Jumping season, after which all series winners will be crowned. So, let’s take a look at how the series leaderboards stand as we get ready to head into the Series Final Show.

The top two places of the Premier League Series Leaderboard are set in stone, Julie Davey on LT Holst Freda will take out the series, just ahead of Sophie Scott on Equine America Benrose Stellar. Fittingly enough, Julie and Freda’s debut at the FEI World Cup Final in Fort Worth, Texas, will be available for all to watch on the big screen over the duration of the show. Tara Gower and Riverhills Legend are currently sitting in fifth place, but a win could see them soar into the top three.

It may not be much of a surprise than the Wairarapa young gun, Sofia Williams is sitting very pretty at the top of the Property Brokers Grand Prix leaderboard, with a mighty eight wins under her belt, she has had a season that most can only dream of, especially considering it is her first season jumping at this level. With current second placed Katie Meredith not contending the Series Final, Sofia is uncatchable although I’m sure she will be looking to finish her season off with another win, and she has both Grassendale Enzo and Royal MVNZ entered in the Series Final class on Friday. Tara Gower is another young lady that has had a stellar season, and she is currently occupying the third slot, but only seven points shy of Katie, she could leapfrog her into second place if she places fifth or better at the Series final.

Because one series win isn’t enough, Sofia Williams will also head into the Series Final as the unbeatable winner of the FMG Young Rider Series on 151 points. Emily Oliver has put up a good fight for her second place spot with 106 points, but Chloe Armstrong and Tara Gower are in reaching distance as they sit on 94 and 90 points respectively. Sofia is also the clear leader of the NZTR TiES Jumping Accumulator, collecting 162 points on Grassendale Enzo over the season, but we are sure to have a thrilling NZTR TiES Futurity North Island final, with twelve combinations taking to the arena with all eyes set on the coveted first prize.

The AMS Saddlery Pony Grand Prix is all set to be THE class to watch. Two young guns have gone head to head all season, and they currently occupy the first two places on the leaderboard. That won’t change, but what is still to be decided, is who will ride off as the Series Champion? Lottie Bull and TCG Centadel enter the final as the current leaders, but they are only six points ahead of Daniella Jelliman on Tallyho Scoundrel, plus we have drop scores to contend with, so it really will come down to the wire.

The top three on The Brave Pants Pro Am series leaderboard are set in stone, but which order will they finish in, only time will tell! Lucy Fell is our current leader on 118 points, but there is barely anything in it, as both Michelle Wakeling and Katharine Coleman are hot on her heals with 113 and 106 points respectively. Knowing how competitive these ladies are, it’s a class you won’t want to miss.

The Mainland Coachwork Junior Rider Series is almost anyone’s game, and with Matisse Masterson and Jay-Z GNZ not participating in the final, they leave their leading position vulnerable. Any of the current top seven that are competing at the Series Final are in reach of the title, it’s sure to be a thriller.

Nigel Horton is leading the way in the Dunstan Horsefeeds Amateur Rider Series on 86 points, but with his absence at the Series Finals, his lead is not secure. Kirsten Worker is breathing down his neck on 70 points, and she can take over the lead with a first or second place at the weekend. Belinda George and Laura Knight will be fighting it out of third and fourth place, of which Belinda has a nine point advantage.

The top four on the NZPH Seven Year Old Breeding Series have been decided, Maurice Beatson will keep his third place on LV Ellie, and Sarah West on Schecter, who is not competing this weekend, will be fourth, but the top two are still to be decided. Johanna Wylaars will enter the final class on Demietta as the series leader, but can she retain her top spot? Hannah Roil has had a fantastic season on Grassendale Xtreme thus far, and the title is within her reach.

Molly Buist Brown sits at the top of the New Zealand Warmblood Association Six Year Old Breeding Series on SLE Limoncello, but her victory is not certain as she is only nine points clear, and is not competing at the Series Finals. For Carissa McCall to steal the win on Churro Ego Z, the math goes as follows, she must jump a double clear and place at least fourth. Summer Borrie, Chloe Armstrong and Jessica Hore all have the opportunity to jump into third position.

The top three on the East Coast Performance Horses Five Year Old Breeding Series Leaderboard have been decided, but it won’t be until the conclusion of the series final class that we will know the order in which they finish. Luce Williams is the current leader on Jingo ECPH with 60 points, but Lucy Fell is just behind her on Away Laughing with 58 points and Vicki Prendergast riding Salvador C on 50 points.

Leah Harre and Elyza McDonald have dominated the Main-Events Tertiary Series this season, and it will all come down to the final class, as they are both sitting at the top of the leaderboard with 54 points apiece.
