Weather Woes Provide a Double Challenge

Chaotic weather across the country has provided additional challenges for riders as organisers alike as Dressage prepares for the 45th FEI Dressage World Challenge, being held for the first time in Marlborough at the unique and beautifully presented Marlborough Equestrian Park. But the show will go on thanks to Marlborough organisers and riders being well prepared.

Livamol are now supporting the NZL event for the ninth consecutive year, the Livamol brand becoming synonymous with this iconic event providing the opportunity for riders to compete internationally in groups and world wide against countries of similar international development status.

NZL has a proud history of success in the competition, with an early individual group success in 1998 at Prix St Georges level by Andrea Raves and Fetterman (owned by Helen Hughes-Keen). 

The NZL section begins with the Horse Inspection at 4pm on Friday under the watchful eye of FEI 4* Judge, Sunil Shivdas (IND) National A Level Judge, Robin Friend (Wellington)and FEI Vet Dr Rob Bloomfield (Levin).

The draw for start order in each section will be announced at the Livamol welcome function on Friday evening at 6.00pm. The draw & results will be available on Saturday on EvoEvents
