VACANCY: JUMPING ADMINISTRATOR
Are you passionate about jumping and looking for a dynamic administrative role in the industry? ESNZ Jumping is seeking a dedicated and highly organised professional to support the operations of our jumping and show hunter competitions across New Zealand!
About the Role:
This position is an integral part of the ESNZ Jumping team, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of competitions nationwide. You’ll work closely with the ESNZ Jumping Manager, Board, committees, and key stakeholders to uphold excellence in the sport while coordinating meetings, events, and essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the ESNZ Jumping discipline.
- Coordinate event logistics, meetings, and seminars.
- Act as the first point of contact for jumping membership enquiries.
- Ensure compliance with ESNZ Jumping rules, regulations and policies.
- Maintain official records, reports, and documents.
- Assist in the development of competition schedules, results processing, and rule amendments.
- Contribute to the professional delivery of media, public relations, and social media updates.
- Support sponsorship administration and communications.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administration, be highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. A passion for equestrian jumping is essential, alongside the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders within the sport.
