Talent Identification (ID) Squad
The ESNZ High Performance programme is calling for applications for the Talent Identification (ID) Squads in the disciplines of Dressage, Jumping, Endurance and Eventing for 2025.
The Talent Identification squad is an opportunity for younger riders to be introduced to new skills that will help develop them as equestrian athletes.
Interested athletes are encouraged to read the selection criteria and download and complete the application form – which is different for each discipline.
Applicants that meet the selection criteria may be contacted for a further discussion and/or be watched at competitions throughout the first half of 2025. Please be clear in your application what your future sport aspirations are and how and what you are going to do in order to make these happen.
