Jumping and the Auckland Area are thrilled to announce the Auckland Area recipient of the ESNZ and NZPH Star Spotters Scholarship, Delta Forsyth!
Delta is 9 years old and a member of the Papatoetoe Pony Club. She loves show jumping with her incredibly loved 14 year old pony, Showtym Falcon. Delta has completed her D, D+, working towards her C certificate and is aiming for 90cm show jumping this season and more if they can – in Delta’s words “I jump way higher at home when Mum’s not looking!”.
Show jumping at Rotorua, Christmas Classic and Northland is already booked in the calendar with the big goal being HOY. Mum, Cass also expresses her gratitude with help in getting her head around the logistics and admin to make this happen for Delta and Falcon.
Delta will be mentored by Katie Readings and supported by the Auckland committee.
