Day two of the Kiwi Arena Rakes Dressage Premier League at the Oro Equestrian Bay of Plenty Championships at Taupo and the Syncroflex Marlborough Championships in Blenheim showed the increasing talent and depth emerging at Grand Prix level
Te Aroha’s Gaylene Lennard and Jax Johnson scored his second win from two starts in this grade finishing clear 4% ahead of nearest rivals Vanessa Way and NSC Andreas. After her test Gaylene said “How lucky am I to have a horse like Jax, an incredible journey. We have only ridden the freestyle at home twice, so was a little nervous about not knowing my music well enough, but it all worked out super, so incredibly happy”
