Tim and Jonelle Price, have continued their march at the Millstreet International Horse Trials overnight, with the golden couple of eventing on the podium or at the top of three sections at the end of the second day of competition.

Jonelle has placed second and third in the CCI4*-S aboard Faerie Dianimo and McClaren.  McClaren moved his way steadily up the field through the three tests to end on 35.9 penalty points with Faerie Dianimo finishing on 36.7. The class was won by Michael McNally (IRL) aboard Eclipto on 28.3.

Jonelle was also eighth aboard Killbunny Andy on 45.3. Tim was 13th on Ringwood Sky Boy who was well on the podium until the final cross country test to finish the competition on 62.1. He withdrew Ascona M before the cross country. James Avery and Sportsfield Lord Livesey was eliminated on the cross country.

Tim and Falco have held on to their lead in the CCI4*-L, adding time faults to sit on 42.8 penalty points at the end of the dressage and cross country tests. James Avery and Mr Sneezy slipped from fourth to 10th after picking up both jump and time faults and ended the day on 79.1, with Tim and Spartaco also slipping down from seventh to 12th. Hollis Swann and Solo retired on the cross country.

No one was clear and inside time but there were eight clear jumping rounds. Just 13 remain in the field, with three retirements on the cross country and one elimination over the Mike Etherington-Smith (GBR) designed course.

Jonelle and Faerie Magnifico are still at the front of the CCI3*-L after the dressage and cross country tests, still on their 27 penalty point dressage score. Hollie Swain and Drumnaconnell Nico moved from 10th to fourth thanks to their clear and inside time efforts to end the day on 32.9.

There were just five clear and inside time rounds. Twenty-five combinations remain in the field, with five retirements on course and one elimination. Jonelle withdrew Curly Girl before the cross country.

James and Dallas 13 have slipped out of contention in the CCI2*-L after both time and jump faults during the cross country.

In Poland, at the Poznan CSI4* showjumping, Bruce Goodin and Collin M placed fifth in the 60-strong Big Tour 1.45m class, going double clear in 42.35 seconds. Andrius Petrovas (LTU) and Zwarovski took the win in 40.38. Richard Gardner and Cromwell had a rail.
