You should have a love of sport and understand the challenges facing modern sport. A knowledge and passion for Equestrian Sport, particularly Dressage would be an advantage. Both roles require that the appointee can work independently with a high degree of self motivation and minimal supervision. Both roles report to the Dressage Sport Manager with a responsibility for outcomes to the Dressage NZ Board.
Both roles will be limited term contracted positions with the possibility to renew.
