There have been some discussions on social media recently regarding the renewal and rollover dates of membership and horse registrations.
Firstly, we know the ESNZ database system has been causing issues for members and stakeholders since its launch and we are working on it – including assessments of new systems that will provide better membership certainty that data is correct and available easily to them.
Over the last month we have seen some regressions in the current database, and we have been working hard to fix these regressions to ensure a stable platform before the season starts – dependent on Covid of course.
Several fixes were deployed on Tuesday 25th August, this included a fix to ensure membership and horse registration renewal dates rolled over correctly – an issue we know some of you were concerned about.
Prior to the fix applied on Tuesday 25th August, the Member Services team were making every effort to ensure membership and horse renewal dates rolled over correct by applying a manual fix, however, any member who renewed prior to Tuesday 25th August and believes their renewal date is incorrect please contact the ESNZ Member Services Team on [email protected] or 04 499 8994.
Following the comments on social media we double checked everything was working correctly. However, again, if any member who renewed after we applied our fix on the 25th August believes their renewal date is incorrect please contact the ESNZ Member Services Team on [email protected] or 04 499 8994.
