Daniel Meech and Cinca 3 have finished top 10 in the Grand Prix Region Normandie at the CSI3* show in Canteleu in France this morning. Sixty started the 1.50m class with 11 coming back for the jump-off where Daniel and his grey mare picked up four faults to finish in 40.73 seconds and take ninth place. Pieter Clemens (BEL) and Icarus won with a double clear in 38.67 seconds.

Daniel and Dominick placed fifth in the 75-strong CSI3* 1.40m speed class posting a time of 63.1 seconds, with winner Mathieu Lambert (FRA) and Cayetano Loisel stopping the clock at 62.35.

Lily and Ulysses NZPH picked up a single time penalty in the opening round of the CSI3* 1.50m but were still just in the money. The class was won by Max Thirouin (FRA) aboard Utopie Villelongue. Seventeen of the 91 starters came back for the jump-off with the top six all double clear.

Daniel teamed up with Cinca in the CSI3* 1.50m speed class for 16th place and a share of the prize pool. Francisco Jose Mesquita Musa (BRA) and Catch Me Imperio Egipcio headed home the 88 starters.
