ESNZ High Performance is seeking applications for the positions of ESNZ Eventing Performance Manager and ESNZ Eventing Performance Development Coach.

These two new contract positions are a key linking, mentor and coaching-type role within the national ESNZ Eventing Performance Programme for Eventing Talent Identification (TID) and Eventing Talent Development squad members.

Eventing Performance Manager
The Eventing Performance Manager will run the TID and TD Squads. The role will be solely responsible for everything relating to the P2P/HPAD space. This is a key management and mentor role within the national ESNZ Eventing Performance Programme for Talent Development (“TD”) and Talent Identification (TID) squad members.

Eventing Performance Development Coach

The Eventing Performance Development Coach (PDC) will work alongside the Program leader and performance manager in a support/development role. This is a key mentor and coaching role within the national ESNZ Eventing Performance Programme for Talent Development (“TD”) and Talent Identification (TID) squad members.

The Eventing Performance development coach will mentor the TID/TD athlete and provide training camp, yard and competition support. Along with the performance manager they will be the touch point for TID/TD athletes and mentor.
