It’s a top 10 finish for Jonelle Price and Gappa Nera in the CCI4*-L at the Millstreet International Horse Trials in Ireland this morning.

The Kiwi combo added just 1.6 time penalties in the showjumping for a final score of 41.9 penalty points, with Jesse Campbell and Diachello placing 15th on 80.59. The 26-strong field was whittled down to 16 combinations at the end of the day. Chris Burton (AUS) and Lawtown Chloe led from the get-go, finishing on their dressage score of 28.8.

Tim Price and Emotion II placed 42nd in the CCI3*-S which was won by Kevin McNab (AUS) and Fernhill Tabasco. Jonelle withdrew Curly Girl before the final phase of the 65-strong class.
