James Avery and Aloha are at the front of the Eventing Ireland CCI3*-L pack on an impressive 23.9 penalty point dressage mark at the Tattersalls International Horse Trials in Ireland.

Just 13 of the 60 combinations in the class have completed their dressage, so there is still plenty of action ahead. Tim Price and Spartaco are in fourth on 30.6 with Jonelle and Lime Rickey in eighth on 32.9.

In The Irish Field CCI4*-L, Dan Jocelyn and Blackthorn Cruise are very handy in the 30-strong field after posting a 29.3 penalty point dressage score. Pippa Funnell (GBR) and MGH Grafton Street leads on 25.4 with Laura Collett (GBR) and Dacapo the next best on 28.4.
Tim Price is the best of the Kiwis in the Cooley Farm CCIYH2*-L, sitting in eighth spot aboard Happy Boy with their 30.6 penalty point effort. He is also in 20th aboard Emotion II in the 53-strong field.

There are still plenty of Kiwis to come over the coming days including Tim Price and Ascona M, New Zealand’s sole entry in the George Mernagh Memorial CCI4*-S and a clutch in the CCI3*-L with Tim and Senza Fine, Dan aboard Duke of Champions, Hollie Swain on Solo, James on One of a Kind and Jonelle with Grappa Nera.
