Eventing Central Districts , Eventing Wellington and Eventing Wairarapa have combined to announce a new event series for the 2018/2019 season. The three groups have are offering a prize pool of $1,000 (1st to 4th place) to the riders who gain the most points over the following three events: Eventing Wairarapa (18th November), Eventing Wellington (2nd December) and Eventing Central Districts (16/17 February). Unlike most series it is based on the rider participation at all levels. The winner will also receive a rug. Each start at each event by a rider will automatically gain one point. The more starts you have the more points gained. Points for places will be based on Article 619 – PRIZES (505). There is no entry fee and the points will be collated based on the results from each event. These three area groups are hopeful that riders will support the their events and help grow eventing in the lower part of the North Island.
