The Kiwis were out in force and in fine form at the Keysoe Horse Trials, taking the quinella in the open intermediate. Sir Mark Todd and NZB Campino won the class on 26.1 penalty points with Caroline Powell and Sinatra Frank Baby in second on 27.3. Caroline was also fourth on Spice Sensation with 31.7 and sixth on Chance Encounter VII with 34.9. Mark and McClaren filled the 10th place with Lucy Jackson 13th on Willy Do and 14th on Superstition II. Caroline also won the five-year-old class aboard Greenacres Special Cavalier.
