ESNZ Jumping is the largest discipline in ESNZ, covering more than 60% of the membership and administering more than 150 events per annum. Jumping is at a pivotal point in its development in NZ and needs a new focus with a dedicated Jumping Manager and administration support clearly defined and implemented.

As a result of a restructure ESNZ Jumping is now calling for applications for a Jumping Manager. This role is crucial to the ongoing development of the sport and are designed to provide more focus on proactive initiatives.

JUMPING MANAGER

The Jumping Manager’s role is a strategic role, full time, and preferably based in Wellington. The successful applicant will need to have clear and demonstrated experience in strategy development and implementation at a high level.

An understanding of the intricacies of jumping is preferred but not essential. This role requires regular travel to events and a passion for developing partnerships and relationships with sponsors, area committees, private show providers and partners. Proven success in business management, relationship management, sponsorship and partnership programmes is essential.

The successful applicant will be a clear leader for Jumping and will be responsible for financial performance, reporting and communicating with members, supporting and maintaining good communication with the Jumping board and ensuring that all work streams are delivered on time and within budget.
